Popis: | Numerical analysis of efficiency is made for holographic diffraction gratings with deep and very deep grooves (modulation depth up to 100%). The spectral interval with very high efficiency values could be shifted toward longer wavelengths away from the cut-off and plasmon anomalies, provided the grooves are very deep. In this case the efficiency becomes less polarizationally dependent. |
