In this paper, a variant of the use of panoramic glazing in enclosing structures during the construction of a high-rise class "A" business center is considered. Architectural and design solutions, panoramic glazing technology, a project for organizing the construction of a class "A" business center, measures to ensure fire safety and access for disabled people, as well as an estimate for the construction of the facility have been developed. The purpose of the work is to develop a project for a high-rise business center in accordance with the terms of reference for design, as well as to justify the choice of the most suitable panoramic glazing option. In the course of the work, the following results were obtained: taking into account all the requirements of the current regulatory documents in the field of construction, design documentation was developed for the construction of a high-rise class "A" business center with panoramic glazing. Due to the high degree of illumination, efficiency, reliability and practicality, it makes it possible to give recommendations on the advisability of using translucent structures and their use in buildings of a similar type. |
