Popis:	Single crystals of L‐histidine hydrochloride, a semi‐organic NLO material, were grown from aqueous solution by slow evaporation technique. The crystals were identified by X‐ Ray diffractometry (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Carbon‐nitrogen‐hydrogen (CHN) Test and characterized by Microhardness studies and Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) studies.
