The theme of the final qualification work: "Evaluation of the effectiveness of anti-corruption programs in the field of transport maritime infrastructure".The purpose of the study is to develop proposals and recommendations for improving anti-corruption programs in the field of maritime transport infrastructure based on an assessment of their effectiveness (on the example of FSUE âRosmorportâ). The research objectives include: 1. Research and analyze methods of countering and evaluating the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures. 2. Summarize the methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's anti-corruption program and adapt them for the company. 3. Develop proposals and recommendations for improving the company's anti-corruption program. The subject of the study is the anti-corruption program of FSUE "Rosmorport". The scientific novelty of the study is the generalization of anti-corruption programs and their adaptation to solve problems of evaluating the effectiveness of anti-corruption programs of the subjects of the maritime transport infrastructure.Several proposals and recommendations have been developed, which are divided into organizational and institutional measures. |
