Popis: | The shaping of helical chip channels in barrel-shaped mills with sharp teeth by the track method (the tangential-trajectory method) is described. Iterative computer shaping is considered. The corresponding formulas are derived, and examples of computer operation are presented, with visualization of the results. Graphical images of the calculated mill end cross sections are shown. |
