Relevance: Female infertility is an urgent problem in all countries of the world. The preservation and restoration of women's reproductive health is the most important medical task of national importance, the successful solution of which determines the possibility of reproduction of the species and the preservation of the gene pool. In recent years, data have been accumulating on the involvement of disorders of fat metabolism in the formation of disorders of female reproductive function and infertility. However, despite the existence of many studies on the relationship between obesity and female reproductive health disorders, the specifics of this relationship are still poorly understood. And obesity is becoming one of the world's problems in social and medical terms. Objective: To determine primary and secondary infertility in women of reproductive age with overweight and obesity. Conclusions: In the course of the study, reliable results of the causes of primary and secondary infertility in women of reproductive age were obtained. As a result of the study, it was proved that with overweight and obesity, the hormonal background changes more. When comparing the risk and assessing the hormonal background of primary and secondary infertility in overweight and obese women, it was found that they mostly suffered from anovulation. Materials and methods of research. The work carried out a one-stage, prospective analysis of risk factors for reproductive system disorders and obesity in young women of the Bukhara region for the period from 2018 to 2021. Based on the data obtained, a comparative study of the dynamics of overweight and obesity associated with primary and secondary infertility was conducted. The results of the study and their discussion. A clinical examination aimed at studying the causes of primary and secondary infertility was performed by 80 patients: 41 had primary infertility and 39 had secondary infertility. Of the 50 patients in the main group, primary infertility was noted in 23 (46.0%), secondary infertility in 27 (54.0%), of the 30 patients in the control group, primary infertility was noted in 18 (60.0%), secondary infertility in 12 (40.0%) examined. When studying the age structure, it turned out that among women who are in a primarily infertile marriage, the age group of 18-25 years prevails (38.75%). Among those suffering from secondary infertility, there were significantly more women 26-35 (50%). At the same time, it was also revealed that the least infertility in women suffering from primary and secondary infertility was observed in the age group 36-44 (11.25%). |
