| Popis: | The review focuses on the feminizing genitoplasty of the external genitalia in patients with disorders of sex development. The opinions of various surgeons and surgical schools on the timing, stages and methods of performing feminizing genitoplasty in girls with the virilization of the genitalia are presented. The development and improvement of surgical techniques for performing clitoroloplasty in patients with virilization of genitalia are described, as well as different types of labioplasty. The main methods of reconstruction of the urogenital sinus are given. |
