Popis: | Distributions of the contents of flavoring substances (linalyl acetate, linalool) were determined in 90 bergamot-flavored teas (Earl Grey) purchased in the European Union. In addition, transfer rates of the flavoring substances from the leaves into the tea beverage upon hot water infusion were investigated. These datasets allowed an estimation of the dietary exposure to flavoring substances via consumption of Earl Grey teas. |
