Popis:	Antisera against three antigenic cell wall components (CWAg) of Mycobacterium bovis -BCG were produced by immunising rabbits with precipitates cut out from gels after crossed Immunoelectrophoresis (CIE) on agarose gel. One of these antisera appeared to be monospecific in CIE and recognised only limited number of antigens in the whole organisms as revealed by Western Immunoblotting method. This antiserum was standardised in an ELISA for the detection of free CWAg in normal human serum.
