Popis:	Transformations play an important role in generating related images in a three dimensional space. The original object can be shifted, rotated about a specified axis, magnified or reduced, or undergo any combination of these. The transformation processes are needed if we are to faithfully represent various effects resulting from different viewing positions. In addition, these processes perform the much-needed task of representing three-dimensional objects on two-dimensional surfaces.
