Tool for Automatic Formulation of State Equations in the MATLAB Environment

Popis: The paper deals with an educational tool for automatic formulation of state equations for linear nondegenerate circuits in the MATLAB environment. The procedure of formulating the state equations for circuit is not based on the topology concept but on knowledge, that if the values of state variables are known at a certain time instant and the values of input variables thereafter, then the value of any state variable can be determined for any subsequent time. The tool formulates state equations automatically in a symbolic form without numerical values of elements for given circuit. After substitution of numerical values of elements into the state equations, their analytical solution and graphical representation of complete responses are given.
