Popis: Arterial blood vessels in the human body have complex branching structures with subjective self-similarity over a range of magnifications, suggesting that they may have a fractal element to their structure. They do not scale over an infinite range, as pure mathematical fractal structures do, but it is possible that a fractal element could be detected between the scales of the main supplying artery and the arterioles.
