Popis:	This paper introduces current situation of varying screw machining, characteristics of PMAC2-PCI, researches open CNC system based on PMAC2-PCI, designs CNC system of screw polishing and grinding machine, including hardware design and software design. The system holds the advantage of fast machining speed, high control precision and high stability.
