Popis: | This paper proposes the fast chirp MIMO radar using Doppler offset orthogonal codes (DO-OCs). The proposed enables Doppler and code division multiplexing. The proposed has two merits. One is that phase modulators to modulate chirp signals is to be simplified since the number of modulation levels is reduced. And the other is that code de-multiplexing processing is to be simplified since the orthogonal code length is shortened. And we also propose the Doppler ambiguity resolving method by using unused DO-OCs. And it is proved that the proposed expands the unambiguous Doppler range to the inverse of the pulse repetition interval. The measurements by using 6 Tx - 8 Rx MIMO radar has proven the effectiveness of the proposed to achieve high Doppler unambiguity and Doppler tolerance. |
