Popis: Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Организационно-экономические особенности бизнес-планирования для сферы ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»ÑƒÐ³Â». Целью исследования является разработка бизнес-плана по созданию с нуля спортивного фитнес клуба. Объектом исследования является отрасль ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ»ÑƒÐ±Ð¾Ð² страны. Предмет исследования – бизнес-планирование по созданию и развитию спортивного клуба в одном из регионов РФ. В работе были использованы методологические, статистические методы исследования, сравнительный анализ, теоретический, расчетно-практический методы, метод выдвижения гипотез. Теоретическая значимость работы заключается в том, что исследовательский материал можно использовать в качестве методического пособия при изучении вопроса открытия и ведения малого бизнеса в Ñ€ÐµÐ³Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‹. Практической значимостью является возможность применения исследовательского материала при бизнес-планировании, в том числе в Ð¾Ñ‚Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ñ‚ спортивной ÑÑ„ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ Ð´ÐµÑÑ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸, так как разработанный бизнес-план можно корректировать под условия Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¿Ð¾Ð² бизнеса. Результаты исследования – разработка бизнес-плана по созданию спортивного клуба с нуля с расчетом эффективности проекта. Новизна работы в том, что разработана ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° учета факторов риска для бизнес-плана по развитию ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»ÑƒÐ³ с учетом плотности и среднего заработка населения в г. Петрозаводск. Выводы к работе представлены расчетами экономической целесообразности создания нового спортивного клуба в г. Петрозаводск.
The theme of the final qualification work: «Organizational and economic features of business planning for the sphere of sports services». The purpose of the study is to develop a business plan for creating a sports fitness club from scratch. The object of the study is the industry of sports clubs in the country. The subject of the research is business planning for the creation and development of a sports club in one of the regions of the Russian Federation.Methodological, statistical research methods, comparative analysis, theoretical, computational, and practical methods, the method of hypotheses were used in the work. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that the research material can be used as a teaching aid in studying the issue of opening and running a small business in the regions of the country. The practical significance is the possibility of using research material in business planning, including in areas other than sports, since the developed business plan can be adjusted to the conditions of various types of business. The results of the study are the development of a business plan for creating a sports club from scratch with a calculation of the project's effectiveness. The novelty of the work is that a risk factor accounting scheme has been developed for a business plan for the development of sports services, taking into account the density and average income of the population in Petrozavodsk.The conclusions to the work are presented by calculations of the economic feasibility of creating a new sports club in Petrozavodsk
