The article considers the problems that arise in the process of inspection of the activities of customs authorities. The methodological basis of the research is based on the principles of a process approach to management and a service-oriented approach to customs administration, which determine the need to use technological innovations in this area of activity. From the point of view of the process approach, inspection is considered by the author as a cross-cutting process, and the formalization and digitalization of the information received as a way to increase the level of the service component of this activity. The introduction and application of these approaches in the practical activities of customs authorities will allow solving the problems under study, as well as improving the quality and efficiency of the inspection carried out. |
