Popis:	The synthesis is described of a number of 1- and 4-substituted derivatives of pyridine related to isonicotinic acid hydrazide (INH) and of isonicotinoyl hydrazones of some aldehydes. These compounds were prepared in order to test them for possible growth-inhibiting properties against Mycobact. tuberculosis.
