Popis: | This article presents DNA recombinant methodologies, used to design recombinant enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Additionally, the use of chlamydia recombinant major outer membrane protein (MOMP) as antigen in an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for determination of Chlamydophila psittaci antibodies in psittacines will be discussed. |
