In VNIIEF there were worked out the source of pulsed light and acoustic radiation's and were performed the investigations of their characteristics, based on powerful electric discharges in the air at atmospheric pressure. High value of light radiation brightness and acoustic pulse intense, simple construction of radiators, their ability to work on in monopulsed as in frequency modes, allows to create alarm and warning systems of different functions. These sources can be used in sea and river vessels in the regimes of normal and emergency exploitation. Also they can be used for attracting the attention of other vessels, coast and rescue services, in emergency situation on ship, to prevent the vessel collision in bad visibility conditions and so on. Visual observability of light pulses and good audibility of sound ones on big distances and the possibility of essential multiplication of these distances with the help of special equipment will allow to realise systems of coded information transmission between vessels or between vessels and coast services in radio communication disability and in other cases. The sources of powerful light pulses can be used in working out of beacons of different ranges of operation for visual or hardware detection of aircraft's location on flight route using light markers, located on the Earth. The most preferable arias of this beacon usage are the aircraft landing in bad visibility conditions or in emergency. Birds, animals and people, being in a take-oft strip zone can influence on flight safety. Because of the limited possibilities and uniform usage of bird scaling systems, birds adapt to them. The complex usage of powerful light and acoustic actions, which produce "shot" effect, allows to expect successful decision of the problem. in the experiments, carried out earlier in VNIIEF except for the ways of working out of powerful pulsed light radiation's generation there investigated the conditions of their propagation and different methods of registration. |
