The work is devoted to determining the causes of delays in the construction of oil and gas industry capital construction projects, gas pipelines, as well as the development of regulations aimed at determining work schemes and reducing the construction time for new facilities. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analysis of literary sources regarding the organization of the construction process in the framework of investment agreements. 2. Identification of participants in the investment process and description of the gas pipeline construction and document transfer process. 3. Determining the reasons for delays in the construction period. 4. Modeling the construction delay period based on the identified characteristics. 5. Development of regulations accelerating the processes of interaction between participants in investment and construction projects. Regulations have been developed to perform certain tasks. The characteristics most affecting the delays of work at the capital construction facilities were selected, the interaction between the participants in the process was analyzed and the regulations for these processes were developed. These regulations can be considered basic. There is the possibility of further refinement and more in-depth study of the remaining business processes for participants in investment and construction activities. An algorithm was presented for selecting the optimal construction period taking into account the identified causes of delays in the performance of work. Thus, when determining the exact terms of construction, and the possibility of taking into account delays, you can more accurately approach the planning and financing of the investment project. As a result, cost savings. |
