Popis: | Bilateral subdiaphragmatic vagotomy in rats led to an increase in proliferative activity of the jejunal epithelium 7 days after the operation without any accompanying change in the diurnal rhythm of cell division. Meanwhile, after vagotomy the phase structure of the rhythm of DNA synthesis was modified in the intestinal epithelial cells: from the normal unimodal type it became bimodal. |
