| Popis: | Since the large Lancaster nuclear cooling refrigerator, conceived in 1978 and completed in 1981, is now well into its second decade we are planning a new machine. This paper outlines the main features and underlying philosophy of the new design based on experience gained over many years of operation with the current machine. |
