Popis: | The synthesis of [1-3H]canrenone, [1-3H]spironolactone, [1-3H]potassium canrenoate, [22-14C]canrenone, [22-14C]spironolactone, [22-14C]potassium canrenoate, and [35S]spironolactone is reported. Tritium labelled compounds were obtained by catalytic reduction of a 3-keto-1,4-diene precursor followed by exchange of enolizable label. Carbon-14 compounds were obtained by reaction of a 17-ethynyl steroid with 14CO2. Sulfur-35 spironolactone was synthesized by the in-situ generation of [35S]thiolacetic acid from [35S]sodium sulfide. |
