| Popis: | Discrete subaortic stenosis is an uncommon congenital cardiac disorder in which the left ventricular outflow tract is narrowed. We report about the diagnostic procedures and the successful balloon dilatation of a 49-year old, highly symptomatic male patient suffering from discrete subvalvular aortic stenosis. |
