Raman spectra in as a function of the temperature and the polarization

Popis:	The first Raman spectroscopy results are presented on single crystals in the 10 to 800 frequency range for four polarization configurations. The temperature dependence of the spectra was followed and analysed in the 10-890 K region. Annealing the crystal at 873 K has led to characteristic changes in the Raman spectra that were attributed to an oxidation process leading to a structure. A Raman line at was found to be a sensitive monitor for the oxidation.
