Popis:	The effects of different techniques of preparing autologous vein grafts on acute thrombogenicity have been studied in a sheep model. Storing grafts at room temperature or rinsing with different solutions seemed to be of minor importance, whereas distending them to a pressure of 400 mm Hg significantly reduced patency and increased platelet accumulation and thrombus formation.
