Popis:	The article provides a review of current data on the pharmacological and pathogenetic principles of the use of selective type 5 PDE inhibitors in patients with lower urinary tract dysfunctions. The mechanisms of the therapeutic action of these drugs for various urinary tract dysfunctions are examined in detail, the leading of which is the improvement of blood circulation and the reduction of ischemia of the pelvic organs.
