In the present work, a computational system is presented that minimizes the costs with an electric power of an industry due to adjustments in its production schedule. The developed system considers: the production of renewable energy from a distributed generation; the characteristics of an industrial production process with the job shop type; the tariffs applied to companies in the Brazilian energy market (“tarifas horossazonais” Green or Blue); and the additional costs related to the night activity of the employees involved in the execution of the production processes. The main objective of this work is to promote the intelligent use of energy resources and, consequently, to reduce the costs of the industry with the electricity tariff. The developed system has a simple and efficient interface that facilitates users to perform the analysis of the results. |
