Popis: Цель работы – сформулировать рекомендации по улучшению показателей основной Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности строительного предприятия. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: Описание специфики отрасли и описание анализируемой компании; анализ рынка и конкурентной среды предприятия; осуществление вертикального и горизонтального анализа Ð±ÑƒÑ Ð³Ð°Ð»Ñ‚ÐµÑ€ÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ отчета и отчета о Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð±Ñ‹Ð»ÑÑ Ð¸ ÑƒÐ±Ñ‹Ñ‚ÐºÐ°Ñ ; анализ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹, которые Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑŽÑ‚ Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½ÑƒÑŽ деятельность предприятия; формулировка рекомендаций по улучшению Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности; проведение оценки эффективности ÑÑ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ÑƒÐ»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐºÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ð´Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹. Практической базой для проведения исследования являются соответствующая отчетность компании ООО «Setl Group»: Ð±ÑƒÑ Ð³Ð°Ð»Ñ‚ÐµÑ€ÑÐºÐ°Ñ отчетность, Ð±ÑƒÑ Ð³Ð°Ð»Ñ‚ÐµÑ€ÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ баланс, отчет о Ñ„Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð°Ñ Ð´ÐµÑÑ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ предприятия. Будет проанализирована динамика ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ предприятия показателей, что позволит сделать выводы о Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ улучшению, а также сформулировать рекомендации.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Program for managing the investment attractiveness of a construction company (on the example of the holding SETL GROUP)”. The purpose of the work is to formulate recommendations for improving the indicators of the main economic activity of a construction company. The research set the following goals: a description of the specifics of the industry and a description of the analyzed company; analysis of the market and the competitive environment of the enterprise; carrying out vertical and horizontal analysis of the accounting report and the profit and loss statement; analysis of the main indicators that characterize the economic activity of the enterprise; formulation of recommendations for improving the main indicators of economic activity; assessment of the effectiveness of the formulated recommendations. The practical basis for the study is the corresponding reporting of the LLC "Setl Group": financial statements, balance sheet, report on the financial results of the enterprise. The dynamics of key indicators for the enterprise will be analyzed, which will allow drawing conclusions about the required improvement measures, as well as formulating recommendations.
