Popis: As an important immune organ of the human body, skin can resist external damage. Wounds are damage to normal skin (tissue) caused by external injury factors such as external forces, surgical operations, chemical substances, etc., which seriously affect the daily life of patients. Conventional debridement and bandaging treatment of skin wounds takes a long time, so frequent dressing changes are difficult to manage. In this study, we treated patients in our hospital with Dermlin combined with nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing (nano-silver-MAD) to explore the skin wound repair effect. The results showed that the effectiveness rate of the observation (obs) group effectiveness 95.12% higher than control (con) group 82.93%. In comparison with the con group, the obs group presented a lower visual analog (VAS) pain score during wound treatment. In comparison to the con group, the obs group presented a higher vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor levels at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment. The total positive rate of bacteria in obs group was 9.76% lower than 26.83% in con group. It was proven that Dermlin combined with nano-silver-MAD is effectively relieves pain, promotes recovery, and reduces inflammation.
