| Popis: | The article provides an overview of modern methods of laboratory diagnosis of diseases caused by the SARS- COV-2 virus. A comparative description of the methods used to detect SARS-COV-2 viruses and specific antibodies is presented. The indications for their use, advantages, disadvantages, efficacy, depending on the medical and epidemio- logical tasks, are described. The options for the interpretation of the results of laboratory studies, taking into account the time changes relative to the onset of the manifestation of the symptoms of the disease, are indicated. |
