| Popis: | The article describes the results of using an iodine-containing preparation for increasing the activity of the endocrine reserve in testes of bull calves raised for breeding purposes. The data are presented on the quality of sperm production and the resistance of sperms to cryopreservation. The degree of the influence on the development of the sexual function of pedigree bull calves is assessed when training the calves to donate the sperm into an artificial vagina. The economic efficiency of measures for preserving the normal function of the thyroid gland has been shown. |
