A novel dual-band 8 × 8 multi-input multi-output (MIMO) antenna for a 5G / Wi-Fi small cell is proposed. The impedance bandwidths across the operating bands can meet the bandwidth specification of the 5G / Wi-Fi bands, respectively. The measured peak gains and antenna efficiencies are close to 3.0 / 2.0 dBi and 80 / 60 % across 2.4 / 5 GHz bands, respectively. |
