Popis: | It is shown that approaches based on using the diagram technique and Green’s functions, the theory of nuclear reactions with the formation of unstable particles, and systems of kinetic equations for the decay chain of genetically related nuclei lead to an equivalent description of the sequence of two-step twoproton decays of nuclei. Using the results from the theory of two-step two-proton and three-step three-proton decays of nuclei, the theory of multi-step decays in chains of genetically related nuclei is generalized for when an important role is played by virtual multi-step decays along with sequential multi-step decays. |
