Development and characterization of a new class of crystalline nanocomposites with tailored anisotropy for micro- and nanoelectronics

Popis: We report on the development and research of a new class of crystalline nanocomposites with tailored anisotropy for micro- and nanoelectronics, targeting applications in telecommunication networks working in optical and subterahertz wave ranges. Different induced optical effects in mentioned materials are analyzed by extreme surfaces method that allows to determine the global maxima of a specific interaction. The results are obtained for the family of novel nanocomposite materials based on the host nanoporous matrices from silica (SiO 2 ) and anodized aluminium oxide (AAO) filled with nanostructured KDP, ADP, TGS, Ba(NO 3 ) 2 and KB-5 crystals. Changes due to various pore diameters, inter-pore spacing and morphology are analyzed.
