Popis: | The wear of plough points of different structures and materials in soils with different moistures, hardnesses, and levels of stoniness was studied. It was found that hardening of the cutting edge (the working face) by hard alloy plates based on tungsten carbide effectively reduces the wear on the length and width of plough points. In addition, the surfacing of the front surface of plough points effectively decreases the wear according to their mass and thickness. However, these hardening methods are only effective on sandy and loamy soils. These methods are not effective on a stony soil. After damage of the surfacing of the hard alloy plates, accelerated wear of plough points according to their mass, length, and width occur and their operation does not meet agrotechnical requirements. |
