Popis:	A 62-year-old female presented with a previously unreported complication of achalasia, an esophguo-esophageal fistula. The detailed evaluation of this patient's esophagus is described and the value of esophageal cine-roentgenography in delineating the fistula and the aperistalsis is noted. The surgical management of this lesion is reported.
