With the rise of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and robotics, the electrical Internet of Things for inspection robots has developed rapidly. How to efficiently operate and manage devices connected to the Internet of Things is the key to realizing an electrical Internet of Things system. So as to meet the individual needs of electrical equipment management. The purpose of this article is to discuss the integrated design of electrical Internet of Things system for inspection robots. This article first discusses the background and significance of the subject research, the composition and characteristics of the electrical equipment Internet of Things system. At the same time, the overall framework of the configuration software including the database system, the human-computer interaction interface system and the communication interface is designed and the functions of each part are analyzed to improve the intelligence of the system. Finally, using the various data information collected by the system of this study, the application research on equipment visible light recognition and fault prediction is carried out. Experimental data shows that the recognition rate and coverage rate of the visible light meter in the patrol robot electrical Internet of Things system have reached more than 98%, and the average coverage rate of the above visible light is 99.9%, and the average recognition rate is 99.7%. The inspection coverage rate and meter recognition rate indicators meet the requirements of the inspection and acceptance rules. |
