Consumer perception and purchase intention towards personal hygiene products during COVID-19

Popis: The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics that influence customer perception and purchase intention of personal hygiene products during COVID 19. The study was guided by the following objectives: Determine consumer perception about personal hygiene products and identify factors influencing consumer perception about personal hygiene products. The study follows a descriptive survey. The data were collected in Madurai. Convenience sampling was used and the sample size was 514 respondents. Semi structured questionnaires were used to acquire primary data. To characterise and summarise data, descriptive statistics were employed. Researcher used the SPSS AMOS assisted data analysis. The study is conducted with people who are all using different personal hygiene products like Hand sanitizer, Face Mask, Soaps, Matic and Shampoo.
