This work is devoted to the study of the ways to enhance the formation of foreign language communicative competence of international students using information and communication technologies and the development of a model for the formation of foreign language communicative competence when teaching Russian as a foreign language. The research set the following goals: 1. To study the essential characteristics of foreign language communicative competence, to highlight its most significant components. 2. To determine the didactic potential of information and communication technologies, which allows to facilitate the process of forming the components of foreign language communicative competence. 3. To analyze the existing information and communication technologies for the formation of foreign language communicative competence and to select the most efficient resources. 4. To develop and test a model for the formation of foreign language communicative competence of international students using information and communication technologies. The effectiveness of the developed model was confirmed in the course of experimental training, which is ensured by the systematic methodically expedient use of ICT tools, the individualization of the educational process, as well as the creation of an electronic educational environment for developing the significant components of the foreign language communicative competence. |
