Popis: | Carboxylesterases (CarEs) are a main group of enzymes involved in detoxification of xenobiotics in insects. Aphis gossypii Glover (Hemiptera: Aphididae) and Bemisia tabaci Gennadius (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) are one of the most polyphagous pest species in worldwide. In this study it was examined the inhibitory effects of fifteen insecticides and a plant-derived allelochemical on CarEs in A. gosyypii and B. tabaci. CarEs activities were determined using in vitro colorimetric methods. Inhibition efficacy at different rates was observed for all insecticides. In dose based manner inhibition activity studies, cypermethrin and tannic acid indicates that it is the most potential inhibitor in B. tabaci and A. gosyypii. Kinetic analysis revealed that the CarEs sensitivities of both species were at a different level and the presence of potential synergists. The results could provide to the understanding of the sensivity difference of B. tabaci and A. gosyypii to pesticides, and may contribute to the design of selective, effective CarEs inhibitors for development of new candidate insecticides. |
