Decaspirones and palmarumycins from Phaeoseptum sp. KT4106: Chirality reinvestigation of palmarumycins CP4a and CP5

Popis: 5-Dehydrodecaspirones F (1) and H (2) were isolated from Phaeoseptum sp. KT4106 along with known structurally related compounds involving palmarumycins CP4a (3) and CP5 (4). Although these were reported to be pseudo-enantiomers, our chirality reinvestigation found that both possess (2S)-configuration.
