Popis: The First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States has never been more important to administrators and faculties of colleges and universities than it is today. Courts have agreed that students do not surrender their civil rights upon enrollment in colleges and universities. At the same time, their enrollment as students in institutions of higher learning does not give them rights to immunity or special consideration and does not permit them to violate constitutional rights of others.
