Popis: | Events of the past ten years provide convincing confirmation of the well-known proposition that any system of education constitutes a part of society and shares its problems. The fate of the reform of Soviet education, which was "spinning its wheels" from the beginning, was directly determined at the start by the stagnation in public life and then by the uncertain prospects of social development. In light of those events it became clear that educational reform is impossible unless the whole social system is reformed, unless the economic, political, and moral-legal principles of society are changed. |
