Popis: Perovskite white light-emitting diodes were realized by using a mixture of sky-blue MAPb(Br0.6Cl0.4)3 and orange-red rhodamine 6G as the emissive layer. The influences of rhodamine 6G on the properties of perovskite films were investigated using absorption spectroscopy, steady-state and time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and confocal laser-scanning fluorescence microscopy. The emissions from MAPb(Br0.6Cl0.4)3 and rhodamine 6G were mixed to realize white light. The CIE chromaticity coordinates of (0.33, 0.4) and (0.36, 0.40) were obtained for devices with 2 wt% and 3 wt% rhodamine 6G, respectively.
