The quality, effectiveness, and sustainability of provided service depend on the people who are the most important source in health institutions as it is in all businesses. Workers who keep corporate values ahead of personal values, and satisfied, and devoted are the greatest power of enterprise. Enterprises which take into consideration of workers' behavioral and emotional aspects in conjunction with own personality, experiences, and values make them different from other enterprises. This study determined the effect of "Managers' level of perception of workers' safety" on Bolu Ýzzet Baysal Training and Research Hospital midwives, nurses, health officers, technicians / technicians who served as health personnel. The questionnaire used in this study consists of three parts. In the first part, socio-demographic characteristics of participants were asked; in the second part questions were asked associated with safety culture, and last section was about job satisfaction. At conclusion there was positive correlation between job satisfaction and a year of work, and this was not associate with gender and title. Also it was found that there was positive correlation between workers' perception of level and their job satisfaction. In addition job satisfaction level was found different according to their mode of work and education status. There was found positive correlation between level of perception of workers' and their job satisfaction. |
