Popis: | Current conditions for the development of social and economic relations in Ukraine provide new requirements for experts with different levels of qualification and vocational training. As far as the issue regarding professional mobility of medical experts is becoming more and more relevant, it should be considered in the process of preparing future nurses and bachelors of nursing. Gradual nursing education involves training of personnel with high level of professional competence, that are capable not only of carrying out narrow professional duties, but also of mastering various types of professional actions that enable to increase productivity of nursing work. Qualified bachelors of nursing should be familiar with the related fields of activity and be prepared for continuous professional growth and professional mobility. The basis for the formation of readiness for professional mobility is laid at the stage of training in medical colleges by developing the initial experience of mobile behavior in solving educational, quasi-professional and practical tasks.The challenges that may appear in detecting the needed personal qualities of future nursing specialists after graduating from the educational institution determine the need to assess the level of readiness of the medical college students’ professional mobility within the educational process.The article analyzes the essence of professional mobility as a personal quality of future bachelors of nursing. In the context of the concept under study, a description of the activities of a modern bachelor of nursing is presented. The term of “professional mobility of future bachelors of nursing” is clarified. It covers several interrelated components of readiness for such activity including motivational, cognitive, activity-oriented and reflexive one. The motivational-value, cognitive-communicative, operational-action-oriented and personality-reflexive criteria of determination of readiness for professional mobility are introduced. The indexes that enable assessment of its formation at four levels (passive-reproductive, active-exploratory, active – action-oriented, conscious – action-oriented) are determined. |
