Popis: With the structural reform of China's economy, the conversion of new and old power and energy, and the development of urbanization and electrification, the electricity load is gradually showing a peak. Therefore, how to solve the short-term peak load gap is one of the important issues to be considered in future power grid planning. Based on the actual existing operating rules of the peak regulation auxiliary service market in Shanghai, the specific mechanism of virtual power plants participating in the peak regulation market was studied. This paper establishes a multi-objective clearing model for virtual power plants to participate in peak-regulation dispatch. The upper level aims at maximizing the net income of virtual power plants, and the lower level aims at minimizing the peak regulation cost of the entire system. Considering renewable energy and load fluctuations, a day-ahead and intra-day multi-time scale clearing model is established, and a peak regulation scheduling strategy under specific scenarios is given. Finally, a specific calculation example proves that the virtual power plant participates in the peak-regulation market by the Shanghai peak-regulation auxiliary market mechanism, which can effectively reduce the overall peak-regulation cost of the Shanghai Power Grid, and the virtual power plant operators themselves can also benefit.
