Popis: | In the experimental analysis of aerospace components, measuring information must be integrated. Two approaches are considered: Bayesian assessment; and a mixture of probability distributions. The Bayesian approach is modified here so that the degree of uniformity of the information is taken into account. The Bayesian assessment and the mixture of probability distributions are compared. A hybrid approach in which the degree of uniformity of the information is taken into account is also considered, for the example of single-stage analysis in the automatic landing of a civilian airliner. Recommendations are made regarding the limitations and optimal applicability of the given approaches. |
