Theme of final qualification work: «Turbo-shaft aircraft installation 1,3 MW»In this work, the calculation of a turbo-shaft aircraft installation with a capacity of 1,3 MW. As a prototype, the gas turbine engine VK-2500 is used.The work presents the calculation of thermal scheme, approximate calculation of the compressor, calculation of the turbine, the calculations of the combustion chamber, the strength calculation of the blade, disk and rotor of the power turbine, the description of the installation design is performed. The influence of high-temperature corrosion on the blades of impeller of the last stage of a free turbine is also considered. |
